Two Special Covers was released on August 14th and 18th, 2019 on the occasion of 34th All India Postal Cultural Meet, Kolkata - 2019. Valmiki Pratibha, dance drama by Rabindranath Tagore featured in one of the cover while the other cover was released on Debabrata Biswas, a Rabindra Sangeet Singer. Both the covers was designed by Dipok Dey.
