Three days 'Aastha' Cooch Behar Philatelic Exhibition was held from November 8 to 10, 2003. On the occasion four special cover was released designed by eminent philatelist Dipok Dey. The four covers was issued on Ras Mela, Cooch Behar Head Post Office, Cooch Behar Palace and Jenkins School.
